Who are the Nuggets?

Who are the Nuggets that is the question. They have a superstar in Melo and a clutch shooter in Billups, but who have they played in the playoffs. I have been hearing a lot people say that the Denver Nuggets will beat the Lakers this year in the playoffs. The Nuggets went through the Hornets and the Mavs to get to this point. Who are the Hornets and the Mavs, they are not an good. Look, the Hornets were a team on the decline when the Nuggets played them and Chris Paul had the worse playoff series of his life. I am surprised that that Nuggets did not swept them in the series. Big deal the Nuggets beat a team that was losing its confidence, losing its way, and the best player on that team never showed up aka Chris Paul.

Now let’s talk about the Mavs. First of all, many people argue that the Mavs should not even be in the playoffs but anyways. The Mavs beat a wounded team in the Spurs. The Spurs only had one and half players in Tony Parker and a one leg Tim Duncan. There was no bench support that came from Spurs resulting in a easy series win for Dallas. So the Nuggets faced the Mavs in the 2nd round, by the way the Mavs should have really never been in the playoffs and the Mavs beat a team with one and half players on it. This shows you the type of competition the Nuggets have played against in the playoffs. The Nuggets won the series in five games, they really should have lost game three but the referee made a bad call causing the Nuggets to steal the game.

I hate it when people overrate a team based on the team destroying weaker competitors, especially competitors that should have not been in the playoffs and teams that were debilitated with injuries. Now the Lakers belong in the playoffs, they belong in the conference finals and they belong in the Finals. The Nuggets are just a overrated team that has played bad teams in the playoffs. The Lakers will win the series easy, my prediction is in 5 games.
